ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION THE 86TH BLACKHAWK DIVISION ASSOCIATION, INC. WE THE UNDERSIGNED, James V. Woznick; 18231 129th Dr., Sun City West, Arizona 85375 George Rau, Jr., 10405 Renfrew Dr., St. Louis, Missouri 63137 Dale Durant, 4101 St. Joseph Ave., St. Joseph, Missouri 64505 being natural persons of the age of twenty-one ears or more and citizens of the United States, for the purpose of forming a corporation under the "General Not For Profit Corporation Law" of the State of Missouri, do hereby adopt the following Articles of Incorporation: FIRST: The name of the corporation is EIGHTY-SIXTH BLACKHAWK DIVISION ASSOCIATION, INC. SECOND: The period of duration of the corporation is perpetual. THIRD: The address of the initial Registered Office in the State of Missouri is 4101 St. Joseph Avenue, St. Joseph, Missouri 64505, and the name of the initial Registered Agent at said address is Dale Durant. FOURTH: The first Board of Directors shall be five in number, their names and addresses being as follows: James V. Woznick, 18231 129th Dr., Sun City West, Arizona 85375 George Rau Jr., 10405 Renfrew Dr., St. Louis, Missouri 63137 Dale Durant. 4101 St. Joseph Ave St. Joseph, Missouri 64505 Francis Smith, RR#1, Box 12B, High Hill, Missouri 63350 Eugene Puhl, 1150 Tranter Avenue, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15220 An amendment to these Articles of Incorporation the 29th day of August, 1987, changed the number of directors from five (5) to seven (7). FIFTH: The purpose or purposes for which the corporation is organized are: A. The perpetuation of the friendship and comradeship of the men who served in the 86th Blackhawk Division during World War II, and to perpetuate the memory of our fallen comrades. (Revised 09/06/96)
